i am SO happy to see you on here – i used to live in NC and used to spend a lot of money in your store! Today, has been the 3rd day in a row, in my home town of Fort Wayne, IN, that I have not seen the sun. It has just been plain grey, rainy, and cold. I tend to get cranky when I don’t see the sun. :0) Soooooooo, to see “splashes of color” especially the yummy, vibrant oranges, dusty purples and bluegreens in Denyse Schmidt’s new fabric line was inspiring and helped to get my “creative juices flowing.” I could easily imagine myself cutting out a crazy quilt done in those colors to hang in my kitchen as a “joy spot” for me. It truly was the “Valley of Hope” to brighten my day. Free Spirit has done a wonderful job!

I found four different pink fabrics in the Hope Valley Fiesta group and I like the ones with hearts and daisies too. It’s so much fun in the fabric store and see all the wonderful colors.

I would chose from the Piney Woods collection: the green & gold dot, the yellow with green leaves, the yellow & green stripe, and the yellow flowers on the beigy-green background. I love these new fabrics!

If I am not playing by the rules then I like the New Day colorway and prints Canyon stripe, wallflower, valley diamond, and praire rose.

I love the fabricss in the Piney Woods colorway, especially the brown floral. The orange floral is really great too, though

I love the Fiesta colors, especially the pink and browns. And did I say that today is my birthday (really, truly, I’m 59 years young today)… And I haven’t received any presents yet. This would be a great birthday present.

i just bought 10 FQ from WUAQ over the weekend. i cut them up and made patchwork pillows and they are just simply beautiful!!!! i want more more more!!!
i didn’t get any of the fiesta so i’d love some of that. the pictures on the website does not do this beautiful line justice!
